Redesigning Birds Overlapping

After creating the piece below I knew that there was potential in this idea but somehow I had to change it. I experimented at first with rotating and flipping my bird images but I still felt it was too plain. I then thought to add parts of paisley patterns to break the bird images up and this worked very well, it made it more interesting as it was less flat due to the different shapes in the paisleys.
